We are here in Kirkwood, California!
This place is unlike anyplace I have skied before, if I make it past the qualifying I will get to compete against the best in the world on some serious terrain.
Oh, and we are expecting up to 5 feet of snow by the weekend. So that will be awesome.

What a wonderful place.
Crested Butte was filled with snow, rocks, trees, anxiety, excitement, fun, and disappointment. I didn’t make it past qualifiers, but I am excited how my back held up and look forward to take what I have learned into next week. Kirkwood!
